Star Christmas Markets
Join Us at the Star Christmas Markets!
Get into the festive spirit at the Gold Coast University Hospital as we bring the joy of the holidays to life on Wednesday, 4 December from 9am to 1pm! Our Star Christmas Market is a part of the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation’s mission to support health staff, patients, and the community.
Our markets will have something for everyone:
- Tasty treats
- Gifts for the whole family
- Stalls from different local businesses showing their support for the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation
Enjoy live music, festive gifts, photos with Betty, and a special visit from Santa! There’s something for everyone—come make Christmas magical with us!

Oliver's Charity Ride For Kids
Join the 10th Annual Oliver’s Ride for Children in Hospital!
On Thursday, 5 December, let’s make this holiday season brighter for kids in need! Meet at 5 pm at Q Super Centre, Mermaid Waters, and join the ride starting at 6 pm. We’ll ride through to Southport stopping at Harbour Town and Gold Coast University Hospital and finishing with raffles and supper at Southport Church of Christ at 7:30 pm.
Please bring a new, practical unwrapped toy for kids up to 16 years! Ideas include:
- Colouring books, pencils, textas, craft supplies
- LEGO, dress-up dolls, action figures
- No soft toys, please!
If you can't join the ride, please make a donation now, or drop off toys in charity bins at Q Super Centre, Espresso 25 Cafe in Coomera, or Uncle’s Takeaway in Worongary.

Ironhorse & Moto 4 Charity Ride
Join the Ironhorse & Moto4 Christmas Charity Ride!
On Sunday, 17 December, over 150 motorbike riders—dressed as Santa—will set out from Moto4 Motorbike Dealership, making stops at the Gold Coast Univerisity Hospital and Canungra Hotel! They’ll be fundraising for the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation and collecting toys and games to bring Christmas cheer to kids in the hospital.
