A health crisis can happen at any time, to anyone.
For some, it could mean the fight of their life
Tillie's mum, Ashleigh, never expected this desperate need for help would happen to her and her unborn baby, or that she would unknowingly receive vital help from the Foundation when Tillie arrived unexpectedly 24 weeks premature.

The urgent need for support
When a loved one is faced with a health challenge, you want to know they have access to the best possible health care when they need it most. That is why the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation is dedicated to supporting critical services across:
- Cancer Patient Transport Services
- Vital Medical Equipment
- Emergency Accomodation Support
- Life-saving Research Programs
All funds raised stay right here on the Gold Coast helping support our health services. Through generous donations from people like you, we were able to support baby Tillie, Tameka and others with their critical health journey. This Christmas help us change the outcomes for more people in critical need. It could be the difference to the life of someone you know.
Help those in critical need, like baby Tillie, this Christmas
Tillie's Story
Born fighting for every breathe at 24 weeks.
Tameka's Story
A newborn and postnatal depression. Tameka and her partner needed support.
When Tameka and her partner dreamed of starting a family, they never imagined their world would feel like it was crashing down around them. But as Tameka struggled with severe postnatal depression and anxiety, it became their reality—a reality shared by many families, with 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers experiencing postnatal depression.
